Terms & Conditions

• RSVPs do not require an account; however, all users (with or without accounts) are bound by these Terms.
• Creating or hosting an event requires a registered account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• Account security: Keep your login credentials confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion for violations, suspected fraud, or risk to the Site or users.

Do not use the Site to:

• Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications; harvest emails or personal data; or operate scams.
• Plan, promote, or coordinate illegal activities, unsafe gatherings, or events that violate any law or venue/permit requirements.
• Host or promote adult-only content or events not suitable for general audiences.
• Organize or fundraise for political campaigns or political action committees via the Site.
• Engage in discrimination, hate speech, threats, harassment, or incitement to violence.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Post false, misleading, or incomplete event information.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to access non-public areas, or disrupt the Site’s operation.

Report abuse: easilyinvite.com/report. We may investigate, remove content or events, suspend accounts, and notify law enforcement when appropriate.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your event content (title, description, date/time, location, ticketing, rules, etc.).
• You must comply with all applicable laws, permits, venue rules, and safety requirements for your event.
• We do not verify, vet, or endorse events. Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk.

• Easily Invite does not process payments. All ticket sales, donations, and financial transactions occur through your chosen third-party provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Zeffy, etc.).
• Organizers must ensure each attendee’s payment has fully processed and cleared before confirming an RSVP or granting access.
• Organizers are responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, cancellations, and all communications related to payments.
• We do not control or guarantee third-party payment services and assume no liability for failed or fraudulent transactions.

• Images via your own hosted URLs remain your property. You are responsible for having the rights to use them.
• All other content submitted within the Site (e.g., text, graphics, media hosted on our servers) is our property.
• By submitting any content, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the Site.
• Ideas/Feedback: Any suggestions you provide may be used by us without payment, attribution, or obligation.
• Do not upload or link to copyrighted material without permission. You are solely responsible for the legality of your content.

• All trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Site are owned by QNE LLC or its licensors.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal or organizational event purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute Site materials without our written permission.

• The Site may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

• As-Is / As-Available: The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee: (a) accuracy or completeness of listings; (b) attendance, success, legality, quality, or safety of events; (c) performance of any third-party services (including payment providers).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, QNE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Assumption of Risk: You attend or participate in any event at your own risk and release us from claims arising from such participation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QNE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your events, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

• We may remove content, cancel events, or suspend/terminate accounts at any time for violations or risks to users, the public, or the Site.
• Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination (including fees owed to third parties).

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. The latest version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Good Faith Discussion: Before filing a claim, you agree to email us at admin@easilyinvite.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
2. Binding Arbitration: If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Oregon under Oregon law.
3. No Class Actions: You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
4. Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court to protect IP or prevent misuse while arbitration is pending.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will stay in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, acts of government).
